The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa. Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Laura 28 is a spacious villa set in extensive natural grounds by the outskirts of Calpe. We can enjoy at all times the views towards the Mediterranean landscape that reach out all the way to the sea and the famous Ifach rock. Due to the position of the villa and its extensive plot, we can enjoy the sun and the shade at any time of the day. The sun worshipers will enjoy the miles of golden sand beaches, coves, and bays that drive across the entire coast of Calpe.
To top things up, the golf enthusiasts will find a golf course a few Km away. Calpe has become a major hot spot not only because of the previously mentioned features but also because it offers a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops right by the beachfront. The exterior enjoys a spacious terrace with a private swimming pool, sunbeds, and a BBQ.
The entire accommodation is on 1 floor where we enter through a covered balcony perfect for al fresco dining. Living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD+A/C leading to a fully equipped kitchen. Finally, we find a spacious double bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and a shower room with a washing machine. The master bedroom is equipped with A/C.
