The Cantal apartment has one of the most privileged locations in the town of Calpe. Situated above the sandy beach of Cantal Roig, it has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. A perfect flat for families as it has all the services within walking distance, restaurants, shops and the beach right at your feet. In addition, the whole flat has just been completely renovated in 2023, with the best qualities and the best and most comfortable design.

Distribution of the flat:

With 95 m2 of living space, Cantal has a very bright living-dining room with access to a beautiful terrace with unbeatable views. One bedroom with double bed (135cm), a full bathroom with bathtub, a second bedroom with two single beds together, and a nice balcony, a bathroom with shower and the third bedroom with two single beds together. A modern and complete open plan kitchen opening onto the living room and the spectacular sea views. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.

Outside the accommodation:

The building has a lovely communal swimming pool with excellent views of the Peñon de Ifach and the beach (check opening and closing times).
It is located just above the sandy beach "Playa del Cantal Roig", 10 m from the restaurant "Restaurante El Cantal", 50 m from the rocky beach, 400 m from the supermarket, 900 m from the natural park "Parque Natural del Peñon de Ifach", 2 km from the city "Calpe", 11 km from the golf course "Club de golf Ifach" and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.

Appartement confortable refait à neuf avec des matériaux de qualité. Vue exceptionnelle depuis l’espace de vie. Proche de tous services. Efficacité et gentillesse du personnel de l’agence villas Guzman. Problème de volets qui claquent dans une chambre lorsqu’il y a du vent. Pas facile de dormir dans ces conditions. À notre arrivée les lits étaient faits avec des draps simples. À cette époque où les nuits sont fraîches nous aurions préféré des housses de couettes avec couettes incorporées.

Toll ausgestattet und frisch renoviert. Zentral gelegen direkt am Ifach. Perfekter Ort für einen Familienbadeurlaub. Von dort alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen.

Apartment is old & tired. Dishwasher didn’t work, toilets didn’t flush well & constantly drained. Ceiling fans are very old & far too noisy to use (even after maintenance tried to quieten. The location is great. Kitchen is poorly equipped with very old utensils, pots & pans. mattresses very old. For about the same price I stayed in a gorgeous resort in Altea with beautiful amenities & fabulously equipped space.

Apartamento en magnífica ubicación. El trato con la agencia muy bueno y fluido, sobre todo con Marius. Unos pequeños inconvenientes sin importancia que vimos el primer día nos los solucionaron de inmediato. La plaza de parking muy amplia y de muy fácil acceso.

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt, das Objekt und die Umgebung sehr schön. Es war ein schöner Urlaub direkt am Meer. Die Kommunikation zwischen uns und der Agentur war sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Cafés und Restaurants in fünf Minuten. In Calpe gab es einen Familienpark (15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) und man konnte mit einem Touristen Zug bis in die nächste Stadt fahren, wo man ausgiebig bummeln konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
