Genial apartamento pero muy descuidado.

Cocina obsoleta a gas butano, somier en pésimo estado al igual que el colchón y almohadas apelmazadas por muchos años de uso que nos obligó a comprar unas nuevas.El cabecero de madera está suelto y golpea la pared al moverse en la cama. El microondas no funciona el plato giratorio y manteles de plástico gastados por el mucho uso.Mesa de terraza muy incómoda por ser de tipo plegable y sillas de resina muy normalitas.Necesita una mano de pintura urgente. Genial apartamento pero muy descuidado.

Vue extraordinaire sur la mer . Piscine magnifique , appartement très propre . Descendez à la mer ( à 30m ) et remontez en maillot de bain à la piscine , puis prélassez vous sur le balcon du 15em étage face à la mer et jusqu'a l'horizon ! Les commerces disponibles à pied . Parfait Nous reviendrons !

Muy buena ubicación y vistas, con piscina muy limpias, tres profundidades, aún siendo un piso decimoquinto el ascensor es muy rápido, el apartamento es algo pequeño y los muebles, obsoletos, terraza, bien. Parking 16,80 al día, en el edificio, muy cerca zona azul, que con la app de estacionamiento, tienes por 1,70€ 2 horas y no tienes que desplazarte para recargar. Apartamento recomendable, sobre todo, estancias cortas, de una semana o menos

Lo mejor del apartamento es su localización, vistas y terraza. A mejorar el mobiliario (mesa terraza, pomos puertas sin tornillos) y frigorifico pequeño sin puerta de congelador.

Oui mais......

Bel appartement bien situé vue magnifique. Mais des bémols : table de la terrasse inadaptée, manque de vaisselle (plat à gratin/ bols/saladier ...). De plus il est indiqué possibilité parking ce qui n'est absolument pas le cas ! Pas de chaines françaises. Frais de ménage à rajouter obligatoirement alors que dans 1 autre location interhome à Calp ils n'y sont pas !!! De plus le ménage à l'arrivée n'était pas parfait. Cherchez l'erreur !!!!!!
