Ground floor for 6 people with private garden and pool, right in the center of the Costa Brava.

It offers the possibility to visit and discover the beautiful Costa Brava and the nearby destinations.

Very quiet, pleasant and familiar, 800 meters from the beautiful beach of Torre Valentina and its magnificent coves. It has a saltwater pool, barbecue and 600 m2 of garden and overlooking the sea.
It is the ground floor of a two-story house. Recently renovated, tastefully decorated and located in a beautiful and quiet urbanization, although close to supermarkets and other services.
It consists of three bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 * 200cm), and two bedrooms with two single beds respectively. Two bathrooms: one in the main room with bathtub, and the second bathroom with shower. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all the necessary equipment: dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, microwave, oven, etc. It has a large living room with satellite TV, and access to a terrace of 30m2 and the garden. Room with washing machine and iron. WIFI.

Prachtige locatie mooi huis alleen wij zouden deze woning nooit meer huren i v m geen airco dat is gewoon niet te doen zelfs in het naseizoen . Voor derest aardige gastvrouw en een super ligging van de woning

Ausgezeichneter Sommerurlaub mit Familie

Freundlicher warmherziger Empfang. Unsere Anreise war trotz Stau und VerspƤtung kein Problem. Betten liegen sich gut. PrivatsphƤre. Sehr gepflegter Pool. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spass. Auch ohne Klimaanlage bei groƟer Hitze annehmbare Temperaturen im Haus. Der Strand ist auf dem FuƟweg in KĆ¼rze zu erreichen. Sehr gerne wieder!

Excelente estancia

La casa es preciosa, muy cĆ³moda y espaciosa, el entorno muy bonito con vistas al mar y tranquilo, hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. Los propietarios de la casa son muy amables, Montse siempre pendiente de lo que pudieramos necesitar, totalmente recomendable.

Nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour chez Marta et Montserrat : accueil souriant et sympathique. L'appartement est tout Ć  fait conforme Ć  la description. Nous avons apprĆ©ciĆ© la vue sur la mer, le jardin avec barbecue, la piscine dont l'entretien Ć©tait impeccable. Le linge de maison et draps fournis est trĆØs apprĆ©ciable. De plus, les draps ont Ć©tĆ© changĆ©s durant notre sĆ©jour. Ces vacances nous ont permis de nous retrouver en famille. Un bon sĆ©jour pour tous. Le seul point faible concerne le wifi. Marta s'efforce nĆ©anmoins de trouver des solutions pour l'avenir. A coup sĆ»r nous reviendrons Merci Ć  vous pour votre gentillesse.

Localisation idĆ©ale dans un quartier calme et rĆ©sidentiel Ć  proximitĆ© de la plage et des commerces. Un accueil trĆØs chaleureux de la part de nos hĆ“tes qui ont eu plaisir Ć  nous faire partager (en FranƧais !!) les lieux et animations sympathiques de la RĆ©gion. Nous sommes une famille de 5 et avons passĆ© nos vacances dā€™Ć©tĆ© Ć  San Antoni de Calonge. Nous avons vĆ©cu un enchantement tous les jours ; la Costa Brava est truffĆ©e de calanques, toutes aussi paradisiaques les unes que les autres avec des eaux bleues limpides pleines de poissons multicolores. La cĆ“te nā€™a rien Ć  voir avec les autres cĆ“tes Espagnoles, idĆ©al pour ceux en recherche de nature et dā€™authenticitĆ©. La Maison est idĆ©alement situĆ©e dans un quartier rĆ©sidentiel Ā« Haut de Gamme Ā» avec de trĆØs belles villas, lĆ©gĆØrement retirĆ©e du passeo, ce qui offre un maximum de tranquillitĆ© dans la journĆ©e et le soir. A quelques centaines de mĆØtres de la maison, on peut faire ses courses au supermarchĆ© et dans dā€™autres magasins attenants (boulangerie, poissonnerie, plats Ć  emporter, rĆ“tisserie). Nous avons sĆ©journĆ©e au rez de chaussĆ©e dā€™une grande maison parfaitement Ć©quipĆ©e avec entrĆ©e totalement indĆ©pendante. La dĆ©coration est trĆØs actuelle, et dĆ©gage un esprit trĆØs zen. Les propriĆ©taires Ć  lā€™Ć©tage sont adorables et ont Ć©tĆ© Ć  nos petits soins pendant tout le sĆ©jour, tout en faisant preuve dā€™une grande discrĆ©tion. Depuis la terrasse, on a une vue sur la pinĆØde et la mer (seulement Ć  700 mĆØtres). Le temps est trĆØs agrĆ©able : la chaleur espagnole bien connue avec lā€™avantage dā€™une petite bise rafraĆ®chissante en journĆ©e. Merci encore Ć  la famille MASCARO, nous avons passĆ© une de nos meilleures vacances dā€™Ć©tĆ© !

Lieu et sƩjour parfait !

Nous avons passĆ© deux semaines dans ce trĆØs bel appartement, propre et rĆ©cent, avec un mobilier de qualitĆ©. Il est situĆ© dans un quartier calme. Lā€™appartement est amĆ©nagĆ© dans une maison, sous lā€™Ć©tage occupĆ© par les propriĆ©taires. Mais ils sont trĆØs discrets et en mĆŖme temps trĆØs aimables et disponibles si nous avons besoin de leur aide. La piscine est privĆ©e, ce qui a Ć©tĆ© un gros avantage pour nous. Il y a une vue sur la mer Ć  distance. Il faut marcher 15 minutes environ pour atteindre la plage, en contrebas. La promenade de Sant Antoni de Calonge le long des plages est une des plus agrĆ©ables de la cĆ“te. Elle est animĆ©e le soir, rĆ©servĆ©e aux piĆ©tons, avec de nombreux restaurants, cafĆ©s et boutiques. La plage Torre Valentina, la plus proche de la maison, a le sable le plus fin et lā€™eau la plus claire, proche de trĆØs beaux rochers qui donnent un charme particulier Ć  ce bord de mer. Nous nā€™avons trouvĆ© aucun dĆ©faut Ć  cette location et Ć  notre sĆ©jour. Merci Ć  Montse, Toni et Marta pour ce beau sĆ©jour ! We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment, clean and new, with quality furnishings. It is located in a quiet area. The apartment is located in a house under the floor occupied by the owners. But they are very discreet and at the same time very friendly and available if we need their help. The pool is private, which was a big advantage for us. There is a remote view of the sea. You have to walk about 15 minutes to reach the beach below. The Sant Antoni de Calonge promenade along the beach is one of the nicest of the coast. It is run at night for pedestrians, with many restaurants, cafes and shops. Torre Valentina Beach, closest to home, has the finest sand and clearest water, near beautiful rocks that give a special charm to this beach. We did not find any fault in this property. Thanks to Montse, Toni and Marta for a nice stay!

.. alle comfort voor 'n ontspannen verlof !

Alle ingrediƫnten zijn aanwezig voor 'n heel comfortabel en ontspannen verlof in een rustige, kindvriendelijke omgeving! Het recent gerenoveerd huisje is immers heel rustig gelegen op 10 minuutjes wandelen van het mooie strand van Sant Antonio (heel kindvriendelijk met vele speeltuintjes,..), authentieke restaurantjes, leuke boetiekjes,... Met de wagen of openbaar vervoer kan je drukkere plaatsjes opzoeken zoals Platja d'Aro of aan de andere kant het (jacht) havenstadje Palamos (verse vismarkt, vele winkelstraatjes, ..), het nabij gelegen zwemparadijs, of je begeven naar unieke baaitjes en vertrekpunt van mooie wandelroutes doorheen Calonge. Maar deze woning heeft veel mogelijkheden om je ter plekke te vermaken: een frisse plons in het privƩ zwembad, genieten van een BBQ op het terras of spelen in het gras is deugddoend, zeker met het mooie "zicht op de zee" tussen de bomen door..
