"It was a nice stay in Calpe. The Casa Sunrise has a perfect view towards the Ifach at the beach. What we did not know was, that the appartment complex did belong to a Hotel that closed some time ago. The appartment itself is nice, new renovated, clean and air conditioned (necessary in summer!!!). "

"Overall, excellent location and place and everything was delightful, I would suggest a floor fan / oscillating fan in the apartment since it can get stuffy with all the windows closed and it would also provide some white noise over the people upstairs when they walk around at night. Someone smokes in the area by the elevator on a lower floor that rises to the upper floors but I assume there is no rule against that. "

Au niveau de l'agence, merci au personnel notamment Maria et Fatima pour leur aide, sans oublier le monsieur qui nous a remis les clés et qui nous a bien dépanné pour la salle de bain un dimanche. "Je moet wel vitaal zijn om dit appartement te huren . Het is een duplex , en je moet voor alles twee stijle trapjes op en af. De slaapkamers en toilet liggen in de basement. Het gebouw licht op een rots en een auto is noodzakelijk. Wel keurig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. WMF pannen en bestek. Strandbedjes en een parasol.Goede bedden . Een paar gemakkelijke stoelen op het balkon zou een pré zijn en satelliet TV heeft geen Nederlandse zenders. Contact persoon Maria spreekt goed Engels...
