Fiquei um pouco insegura de receber as instruções de acesso ao spto somente na tarde do dia anterior pois tinha acesso restrito a internet. "The couple who ran the place were really friendly and helpful. Really had a great time here. There is a Michelin restaurant just 2 mins away. The food is great and the price really reasonable. It costs € 35-40 per person for 2-3 course meal depending on what you choose. The view was breathtaking. You can drive to Trento and Bolzano, little charming towns. Definitely planning to come back. "

"We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? Tourist information booth where we had stopped didn't know this. It would have been nice to know this in advance. The location and hotel where perfec. Not our first time...

"This property is stellar! The grounds are breathtaking with the most beautiful gardens, ponds & mountain vistas. There are 3 pools (1 indoor & heated), beautiful sauna, gym, free parking, great restaurants on site, access to the lake. Staff is great, especially Lewis in the lobby restaurant & Helena at Campannina. The food we enjoyed at the restaurants aws some of the best of the whole trip. Breakfast included & wonderful. There is a playground on the property & kids club. The perfect family hotel. The location is good. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. There is laundry facility. This hotel combines luxury, comfort & functionality. There is a mall across the street with supermarket. Highly recommend this property! "
