"This hotel was more "western" in the room size and overall expanse. We used the hotel as a base to search neighboring towns for genealogical clues to my fathers relatives. Nice big room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast (and dinner one night). Paid parking was onsite and convenient. The showerhead was in rough shape, but it was the weekend and I guess the maintenance staff wasn't available, as it didn't get fixed. Nonetheless, a perfectly enjoyable hotel stay."

"We stayed one night while travelling home. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was it was very hot and we couldn’t turn the heating off. Would recommend this hot as the setting is beautiful and the surrounding are very quiet. "

"Es ist ein einfaches Gasthaus welches sehr schön wieder hergerichtet wurde. Für eine Übernachtung völlig ausreichend. Es gibt aber keinen wirklichen Eingangs- bzw. Empfangsbereich sodass man erstmal nach einem Mitarbeiter schauen muss. Insgesamt aber alles nicht so schlimm. Da der Gasthof erst ganz neu wieder eröffnet wurde kann man von ausgehen, dass sich alles erst noch einspielen muss. "We were visiting from the US and visiting Colditz Castle. This stop was wonderful with clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations. The water park is a big hit with the locals and visitors alike. Some of the best food we had on our trip. I'd definitely choose to stay again."

"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...
