"I booked this property on Orbitz late in the week and the hotel did not have record of my reservation when I arrived. I called Orbitz and received outstanding customer service from Ibrahim. The staff at the hotel, especially the owner, went out of his way to be accommodating to me. I cannot say enough about the personal attention provided at this hotel.
