"Best park, walking out to the beach from your hotel. Worst part, the parking situation. Our room was very clean, no issues and we liked that it was 2 rooms with 2 TV's. Ate Breakfast at 7am and it was not great, already luke warm like it had been sitting out longer than an hour. We did enjoy our stay and would stay there again if we are ever in town."

"Trust me this is not the Ritz but it is a great hotel on the beach. It is in need of some repair, such as the plumbing. However, it was clean and very convenient to the beach. It allows service animals and the price couldn't be beat. We will definitely stay there again. "

"We stayed in room 463 and had the BEST view of the beach all week! Great beach access, parking was a hassle but we lucked out and got good spots all week. Yea it’s older and not any amenities at all, we didn’t use the pool, but it was cheap and the beds were very comfortable! We NEVER saw one bug in our room but being on the top floor is different than being on the ocean floor. The bathroom could definitely use a paint job but it was great water pressure and HOT water! "I was expecting the absolute worst after reading the reviews… upon arrival, everyone at the property was very nice. It is an older property and needs updates, but the views from the balcony is more than worth it. Pool was beautiful and pool area cleaned every morning! Room was accommodating, again, in need of updates but tolerable for a week stay with kids. Cons, parking… only a few on site, others across the busy road. Elevator, only one, sometimes you have to wait, no airflow at all in...
