"Owner took an unreasonable amount of time to respond to messages (days). When I reserved the room I purchased x amount of days however after my booking I was refunded for our final night. I reached out to the owner directly and asked for a refund because I needed all days, to which he did not answer, forcing us to get a different room for 1 night. "Beautiful and comfortable apartment in the Salamanca neighborhood, which is elegant and upscale. Ricardo was extremely helpful and accommodating when we were delayed and took the time to show us around the apartment even late at night. Great restaurants and shops, but also quiet which suited us, as we did not want to be in the middle of heavily touristic activity. Within walking distance of museums and park. "

"Excellent central location, walkable to most of attractions. Room was clean and there is plenty space for clothes. There are coffee/juice machines at downstairs, biscuits and fruits are supplied every day. A bag of water and pastries is delivered to door every morning. There is a rooftop bar at level 6, can be a bit noisy at night. It is not a big issue because ear plugs are provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "
