The kitchen is fully equipped including gas cooktop, dishwasher, laundry with washer and dryer and then an outdoor covered BBQ area with full sized family BBQ. The light filled dining and living area opens up to the fully fenced garden where you can head out. Large grassed backyard area for the kids to play complete with a treetop cubby house.

Just across the road is a tennis court, a few meters walk is the waterfront at Callala bay and a little further along the path is the boat ramp and Jetty.

Perfect for Kayaking, fishing boating and hanging out by the beautiful white sandy beaches.

Callala is located on the fringe of the Jervis Bay National Park offering great hiking and fast access to Point Perpendicular Lighthouse.

Callala Bay is a charming town located in the Shoalhaven region of New South Wales, Australia. If you're feeling adventurous, take a 30-minute car ride and discover Long Beach, Honeymoon Bay, and numerous national parks. Visit the Oyster Farms or Two Figs Winery, which boasts breathtaking views over the Shoalhaven River and as far down the South Coast as the eye can see.

The township of Huskisson is also within easy reach via a ferry ride from Myola to Huskisson wharf, which leaves and returns on the hour during the summer months. Huskisson offers a wide range of activities, including dolphin and whale watching tours, fishing charters, and kayaking.
