Very modern and comfortable, very close to the boat ramp, Bay and beach!

Escape the rat race and wind down in a contemporary and luxurious house in
beautiful Callala Bay. Relax with a spot of fishing or just laze about in the sun on the beach while reading a good book! or just look out to sea and catch sight of the resident dolphins as they frolic in the Bay. You may even catch a glimpse of a whale or occasionally see a sea lion sitting on the beach basking in the sun!

There are plenty of clubs in the area to choose from where you can dine out or just chat with the friendly locals while having a beverage of your choice.
Take a trip to the many other exciting locations in the Jervis Bay area: Huskisson, Vincentia, Currawong and Culburra Beach just to name a few. Pick up some fresh oysters at Greenwell Point... very yummy!

Callala Bay/ Beach is a natural wonder with its white sandy Beaches and calm crystal blue waters. It is a hit with families with small children as the waves are very small. You want a beach with waves you say, no problems, just a short ten minute drive away is the beautiful Culburra Beach with great waves and live-savers to watch over you (Live savers may be seasonal only).

for the boating lovers: the house is only 250 meters from the boat ramp in the Bay! No more waiting and fighting for a spot to park the car and trailer. Drop the boat off in the water and while you have someone looking after it, drive back to the house and leave the car and trailer in the driveway and simply walk back to the boat ramp, you'll be laughing at all the other holiday-makers grinding their teeth fighting for a spot!

The House:
Boasting 5 huge double bedrooms, the main with an en-suite and television.
the kitchen is very modern and large and well equipped for all your culinary needs. Microwave and dishwasher is also provided.
there are two living areas, one down stairs for the kids with a games cabinet and a one upstairs for the Adults. Sit on the balcony at night and catch the beautiful sea breeze and listen the soothing sound of the waves crashing on the shore.

this house is perfectly suited for a couple of families as there is two queen beds, two doubles and 5 single beds.
There is a laundry with washing machine provided. Also provided is an iron and board.
there is four toilets and two bathrooms. also there is two great decks to enjoy the out doors. one has a out door setting with BBQ.

Bed Linen is provided but towels are not!

Please remove excessive rubbish from the property.

Pets not allowed.

The fireplace can get extremely hot if left on for long periods.

This house has 2 outdoor security cameras at the front of house, there are no internal cameras and all private outdoor areas are NOT under surveillance. These are for the benefit of guests and for house security when vacant.
