"The key card wouldn't open the door to let us in the building and that was never fixed. We had to park at another entrance and walk with all our bags and a baby .
The enclosed pool area was a sauna not in a good way no air condition was turned on they were unplugged, with the hot tub and dryer on it was smelly and HOT , The Hot tub was not clean. temps outside over 100.
