"A beautiful hotel, with all the comforts. We had a quiet nights sleep. The free breakfast had something for everyone.The hotel is a little bit on the edge if town, but you can walk to shops and restaurants. It really deserves my 5 star rating. "

"The check-in process was seamless. The owner was very nice and had the room ready for me multiple hours before expected. The room is spacious and cozy. Had coffee grounds ready for a fresh pot the next morning. I would stay here again for sure."

"We had a lovely time at Okaeri. The place was beautiful and so clean. We arrived late at night, but we were able check in to our room with no issues. The room was small but well stocked with all the amenities. We enjoyed two days of comfortable nights and delicious breakfast each day. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My favorite part was the wooden bath tub! We will definitely be back to Okaeri next time we travel to Calistoga. "

Whatever issues we did have, Rocchi and Jose were very quick to address and were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout our entire 3 night stay. "We loved staying in the little cottage - so spacious/high ceiling and very nicely furnished - huge bathroom with walk-in shower was a plus! Great location to wander main street shops/restaurants in Calistoga after driving through Napa Valley. Loved the hotel's next door restaurant outdoor ambiance/live music, beer and pizza! The lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly on checkin and checkout. "
