"This property is a very nice place to stay. The lobby is beautiful and very cozy to sit and have a cup of coffee or tea. The staff is very friendly and professional. The pool is very nice along with the workout center. We definitely will stay at this hotel again when visiting the Cincinnati area. The room was nice and very quiet. The breakfast buffet available downstairs is something we will try at our next visit when we don't have such a tight schedule. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"2nd time that we have now stayed at a 21c Museum Hotel property. We enjoyed the art gallery displays inside the hotel and find that to be unique. The hotel staff was great. The hotel parking (valet only) is very pricy but maybe not much more than parking alternatives in the downtown Cincinnati area. Our room was very spacious and comfortable but needed some maintenance as the window blind was torn and not functioning. We were unable to try the hotel's Metropole restaurant as unfortunately it is closed on both nights of the week (Monday & Tuesday) we stayed."
