"On the last day of my stay, I got stuck in an elevator on the 9th floor. When I pressed the alarm button, no one at reception heard it, and no one answered the intercom either. Fortunately, my brother was coming to pick and was able to raise the alarm at reception. Finally, a maintenance worker came to get me out. I suggest checking the elevators' functionality, and especially making sure that the alarm signals are heard and answered at reception, and that the intercom is working."

"Me encantó mi estancia en Spiritu! El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento y la habitación estaba súper limpia y cómoda. La mejor vista definitivamente la 1220. Además, la ubicación es perfecta para salir de Cali por el norte y está el centro comercial al lado. Lo único malo es que el agua de la ducha no se calienta lo suficiente, pero fuera de eso, una experiencia excelente!"
