Please be aware that our properties are situated on a tropical island, where it is common to encounter insects and other natural elements. The pool maintenance is performed once a week. However, it is not cleaned during windy or stormy weather, nor during other weather anomalies or natural disasters.

Check-in time is from 16:00. Check-in before 16:00 is subject to availability. The following fees apply for check-in after :
- 22:00 to 00:00 - €20.00
- from 00:00 it is €40.00

Check outs until 10:00 am. Check-out after 10:00 am is subject to availability.
