Rustic house, has been recently renovated, but have been maintained the initial stone construction. It's a typical house of Madeira Island. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and a very complete barbecue outside.The pool it's private.With a very beautiful garden with heated pool, a wonderful view to the sea and the mountains of Calheta. It is a very quiet area surrounded by nature.Pool heating price per week:24C -140€25C- 175€26C - 210€Tourist tax payable at check-in €2 for guests aged 13 and over. up to a maximum of €14 per guest. Starts October 1st, 2024
