"Excellent facilities, nice and clean. Staff is very helpful. I would make more fish/seafood choices at the buffet and less meat. Also, the actual beach which I understand ids not really the hotel’s property is there, but the water is not very clean. But the swimming pool is great. In genrral, excellent all inclusive"

"Un véritable séjour au paradis ! Le logement dispose de toutes les commodités attendues et offre des équipements excellents (piscine, jacuzzi, sauna). Mais le vrai plus, c'est le paysage magnifique et la tranquillité des lieux. Entourés par la nature dans le calme absolu, nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. À recommander vivement !"

"Unser Aufenthalt im Cliff House war einfach unvergesslich. Lieber Nelson, vielen Dank für deine außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft! Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frischen Bananen aus deinem Garten und weiteren madeirischen Köstlichkeiten herzlich empfangen. Du warst jederzeit erreichbar, hast uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Urlaub gegeben und jede Frage freundlich beantwortet.Das Haus ist für eine vierköpfige Familie ideal, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die atemberaubende Aussicht. Wir konnten regelmäßig Delfine und sogar einmal Wale direkt von der Küche aus beobachten. Jeden Abend wurden wir mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen verwöhnt – ein Anblick, den wir nie vergessen werden.Der liebevoll angelegte Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und der Gemeinschaftspool, den sich nur drei Häuser teilen, war jederzeit angenehm nutzbar.Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen im Cliff House verbracht und waren wirklich traurig, diesen besonderen Ort wieder verlassen zu müssen. Wer Madeira von seiner schönsten Seite erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"Beautiful house and really good in communication during our stay. The view vom all rooms is breathtaking und the pool was perfect to jump in after a day out! The kitchen has almost all you need! Just a a little add on. The communication before our stay was a little challenge, which definitely should be improved. I did not receive any answers for weeks on my message during FeWo even contacting FeWe support didn’t help. The answer came serval days later."
Boutique Hotel Jardim do Mar

"We stayed here for two nights in Jardim do Mar and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a very pretty location, set in a quaint little square and not far from the beach, which was lovely. The hotel itself is fairly modern and comfortable. The only downside was on the second night when we noticed some small insects in the room that had shed their wings, and a few were in the bed, which was a bit off-putting. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they all spoke good English, which made everything easy. Overall, despite the minor issue, it was an enjoyable stay"
Beautiful large property with private heated pool

"The house is really spacious with very big terrace and pool, and surrounding fence (part wall, part natural) that gives you enough privacy from other houses. The terrace gives a nice view of the ocean on one side. The whole area is very peaceful and quiet.A huge spacious garage is definitely a plus because your car is always in a shade and you can even play table tennis there. The beds were too small but besides that everything was really good.Ana is a very helping host and she took care of everything that we asked for asap. I would definitely recommend the house."

"Super accueil par Victor qui est disponible au besoin. Belle maison entourée de bananiers avec vue sur mer. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse pour s’y reposer ou manger ainsi que les petites attentions que le propriétaire a fait pour nous."
