A newly renovated stone house, a very traditional home. The house has been renovated with all the modern amenities we love. A well-equipped kitchen opens onto the dining and living areas, so you can enjoy each other’s company while preparing a meal. There is a full bathroom on this floor.<br>A comfortable living room—the sofa can be converted into a bed for a child or teenager. Just outside the door is an enclosed BBQ area overlooking the Calheta hills. <br>Up a flight of stairs, you’ll find a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. We’ve created a special space to use as an office. The bedroom has a large balcony where you can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a cup of coffee. <br>The house has air conditioning upstairs and downstairs, so you’ll always be comfortable indoors, whether in winter or summer.<br>A charming, well-designed house where you can enjoy peace and quiet.
