Luxury and peaceful beltline condo in the Heart of Downtown near the C-Train station, 10 minutes to the CALGARY STAMPEDE and 3 minutes to Safeway grocery store. A literal Heaven On Earth!

Heaven On Earth, The Condo! is located downtown Calgary and close to 17th Avenue, which is famous for it’s shopping and nightlife. The Core Shopping Centre, Bankers Hall, Hudson Bay, Winners, Earls and Cactus Club Restaurant are also 5-10 minutes away.

The C-Train is several minutes away, memorial Park is close by and is a beautiful walk in the evenings. Lougheed house with its beautiful gardens is a block away. The University of Calgary has a direct route on the the C-Train, so Heaven On Earth, The Condo! is perfect for both students and professionals.

good location
We had a hard time accessing the building with the code. had to call the owner several times. The internet or TV was not set up so this caused problems, but the owner did find a temporary solution for us. She took care of our needs. Great location. if you rent a vehicle be aware that it is only street parking and you have to pay.
