"We loved the hotel, however we were woken up by loud construction going on in the property each morning and our shade was broken in our room which was never addressed after we reported it several times. The only other thing is if you are going to this hotel DO NOT FLY INTO SJO. THE TRAFFIC IS DANGEROUS ..."

"The rooms were moldy, and out dated. We had to switch rooms twice because of the mold in one room was unbearable especially since out children are asthmatic. The next room's AC didn't cool as much. The bathrooms had hard water everywhere. My room got cleaned probably one time since I've been there ..."

"We had the room 401 with a very nice balcony and view on the sea. The king bed was awesome and we used the kitchen basics. Good coffee machine. The pool was clean and ideal for hot days.
