"The hotel was very old and outdated. The elevator did not work, so I had to carry all of my luggage upstairs myself, and the person at the front desk did not offer any help at all. The rooms were also outdated, and the window screen was broken, which allowed a small lizard to get into our room. I tried getting it out by opening the window, but I was unsuccessful and eventually just left it alone.
The room also had a bad odor. Before checking in, we specifically asked the front desk if we could...
