"This is a traditional house, very nicely renovated. The best thing is the delightful terrace with a lovely view. This is where you have a very nice, very well presented breakfast. We were rather disappointed with our room. Although spacious it was far from luxurious and we had problems with the plumbing twice in 9 nights. Yaiza is a very quiet little town and for a better choice of restaurants it is easy to drive to El Golfo or Playa Quemada, both by the sea."

"Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Very centrally located for driving around various parts of the island. Gina (prob spelt wrong) was very helpful and friendly in her welcome. Would defo recommend and I would be very happy to return one day. "

"Apartment beautifully situated. Great view. However, no sun comes into the balcony whatsoever and the roof terrace was closed off to us. Toilet needed fixing when we arrived and I had to ask host for an iron. Communication was very tricky. Worst of all….. the electricity was cut of at 9am on our check out day. Check out is not until 11 o clock. We could have been cooking breakfast at that point. We have NEVER EVER experienced this before and certainly were very unhappy about it. We would not...

"Always stay here when we holiday in Lanzarote, excellent breakfast, pool and friendly staff. However do think that each room should have air conditioning and the rooms could do with an update. "

"Lovely huge apartments with pool view. Ours was on the first floor, and we had a massive balcony area out front. The complex is popular with families, so there are lots of kids enjoying the pool areas, but it's pleasantly quiet after dark. "

"Staff are absolutely brilliant. right from reception, servers, cleaners and maintenance. Very friendly, empathetic, helpful overall give staff 20/10 rating. They really go out of their way to ensure you have a good time. Food was also outstanding. Unfortunately not many Spanish dishes, which takes away from the experience. Area is lovely but be aware parking is in very short supply. Next time we will take the bus and not hire a car."

"The hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Sometimes the service at meal times was a bit slow. The food was superb In general, it was a lovely stay and we got what we needed from it (rest, sun and lovely food) "
