    Modern and cosy apartment, close to all services and Calella beach.

    The accommodation has free WiFi, centralised air conditioning (all rooms are air-conditioned), and a parking space (3 minutes from the apartment) for a medium-sized vehicle.

    The apartment area is quiet, yet close to all the entertainment and the town centre, which are less than 10 minutes' walk away.



    Excellent location for walks through the town centre or along the beautiful seafront promenade.



    Ideal for coming without a car from anywhere in the world as it is very well connected.



    The train station is about 650 metres away, where you can take the train to Barcelona (approx 1 hour) or Blanes (approx 15 minutes)

    - No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.



    · Failure to present on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.



    · Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1.75 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.



    . Security deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

    In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer



    Cleaning:

    . The accommodation must be left properly tidy, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



    Keys:

    · Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

    · Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's rates, to be charged on-site by the technician.



    Rules:

    · Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.



    · No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.

    In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must vacate the accommodation immediately.



    · Pets are allowed. The cost is €6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights the maximum cost per pet will be €42/booking.



    IMPORTANT:

    In properties where pets are accepted, their owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.



    · Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.



    It is forbidden to light candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the home.



    No beach towels are provided.
