"TV didn't work and I told the staff, I would be napping and not to bother me. I would alert them when I left for dinner. Instead, maintenance guy pounded on my door and woke me up and all he had to say was "Oh, S#*t!". Didn't even apologize. Classy. Couldn't fix the TV. I was offered an inconvenient upstairs room but no refund. My phone # was taken half heartedly when I asked if I could receive a discount for the TV issue. Place was in bad shape and it was a lousy experience."

"The room was impeccable in it’s cleanliness and the staff was excellent.The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature for my sore travel worn muscles. I will stay there every time I am in Meridian,or the surrounding area!"
