"The room was fine. The staff was not! Teach your people to smile and say good morning and thank you. At breakfast the woman looked at me and said do you have a reservation. When I said no she just looked at us. No one suggested a breakfast reservation when we checked in. I just said never mind and walked away. When we checked out there were no pleasantries just do you need a copy of your bill. I used to stay at the Lotte frequently but will not go back. It is too much money to...

"We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids). There was supposed to be an ice and water dispenser on our floor, and it wasn’t there for the entire stay (4 days). We had to go to other floors to get drinkable water. For a couple of days, the same water machines and water refill stations had cloudy warm water, making the water undrinkable. The staff were aware, and water bottles were only made available the night before we left. We had to go out of the hotel to buy water bottles to...

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"We understand it’s a budget hotel. But it’s still our money & hard-earned. The hotel is poor and there was no hot water one day. No internet as promised and the room is trashy. I will say the room service/cleaners are brilliant against overwhelming odds. Unfortunately it’s the management that doesn’t care or bother. Anyway stay at your risk and hey you might be surprised. I was not. Poor show!"
