6/10 Okay

"The location is terrific except for the noise from the main road (but that was exceptionally bad because of a motor rally taking place through the evening). The rooms are a big t basic but comfortable and with decent WiFi. If you arrive before check in or you want to leave baggage for a while after checking out there is simply an unsupervised basement cupboard which felt very open to theft. A big for sure for us was that our air conditioning unit was completely out of action. It made for a sticky night and if it had been later in the month or in July it would have been intolerable Last thing: they promised in advance to put a kettle in the room. They hadn’t done so but produced one when I asked. However, every time we used it the fuse n the fuse box tripped. So boiling any water took three or four resets of the fuse. That raises a question about electrical safety."

"I chose this property because of its convenient location in the city center. I was pleasantly surprised at every level by the quality of the hotel. My Standard Single Room was very nicely appointed and larger than I had expected, with high quality sheets and better-than-usual quality slippers imprinted with the name of the hotel. The hotel is environmentally conscious in every way. The staff were all gracious and helpful. I wish I had booked a second night."

"They manage several properties, website show pics from different properties but that doesn’t mean that this what you get. For example I got a room without a balcony , 15 minutes from down town with only one bathroom, the area felt unsafe. Furniture looked nice but was not durable for example one bed broke once my son set on it, several chairs and the coach made sounds that made my kids uncomfortable to use. The initial communication was good and they came and fix the bed within 30 minutes but I requested a call from the manager and been promised to get a call same day but didn’t get a call until end of day next day."

"At the minute we walk to the hotel all the front desk people were very welcoming and polite. The breakfast was delicious and amazing coffee. The rooms was very big and clean. We had a situation with the hot water and was resolved immediately. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. It is central location and very close to everything"
