"Property is ok. Tile on floor was lose making noise. Looks like property got 2 kind of management. Prime and IMG. You go one place they send you for the other if you make a reservation with a different provider. No brakefast include if you want needs to pay apart . We have to leave the car on the street garage was full. No one to help with luggages . We extend ou stay another day and they can’t get it done at front desk need to go to either prime or IMG to get it done. Good place ok food...

The were friendly, accomodating, and did everything to provide excellent service, but the overall neglect and condition of the hotel is why my score was so low. "O quarto e o ambiente é bem confortável, mas para o check-in foi necessário aguardar em uma fila enorme por quase 1 hora, não nos passaram todas as informações necessárias.
