"No AC… and very loud music playing till after 1am. You can hear the music from the downstairs lounge as well as the next door nightclub. Had to keep the windows open as it was hot and again, no AC. There was also construction going on nearby that started very early in the morning around 7am, couldn’t sleep through it. At checkout, we saw the front desk offer a fan to other incoming guests but this was not advised to us at our check in. location was good though. "

The staff were friendly and Sarah made sure that, even though we were very early for our check in, our room was ready as soon as possible so we could sleep after our long flights. "The staff are absolutely wonderful!!!!! Every morning they greet you and remember your name. Every evening they would ask how my day was and what adventures I had. I absolutely loved it!!! Sadly my trip was cut short due to my heart problems and I left three days early. BUT!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"First off, they announced this property as a HOTEL, when in fact is a HOSTEL, which is very different. All the pictures depicted on the add would show a bathroom inside the rooms but is a share bathroom for 5 to 6 bedrooms. More than one neighbor explicitly told me that the building I went to had no permits and was operating during construction which was also a huge issue as everything was filthy. Try to use the shower and was absolutely disgusting as it was full of hair and grotesquely dirty....
