"It was a pleasant long weekend stay. the city of Pocos de Caldas is plenty of attractions."

"We had a great time in our family trip to Poços de Caldas during the weekend. Everyone was very attentive to us, from the hotel reception to meals and the swimming pool staff. The hotel is very clean, refurbished and tastefully decorated. The only observation, which may have been my fault for not notifying beforehand, is that my son is allergic and the bed linen was very perfumed. So I would advise anyone who is sensitive to strong perfumes to let them know so that they can prepare the room with this care. When I made this comment at reception, they asked me to let them know in advance in our next stay. Excellent! We will come back for sure! "

"Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and it has an awesome restaurant with live music on the roof top with a spectacular view of the beautiful city of Andradas!
