"This is an AgriTourismo establishment built around a working vineyard. The accommodation is sited uphill from the main establishment (500m above sea level) and has in front of it a lap pool ranging from ankle-deep to 2m, there is a ramp enabling less able clients to access the pool easily. "My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It felt like we were staying as a guest at someones home. The best part of this stay was the staff. Franchesca was a true pleasure. She made sure our stay was perfect and was always working day and night to make sure everyone was happy. Her mother Giusy was wonderful as well. "Great location and amazing views! Our hotel room had a beautiful balcony with a view of Mt. Etna! The pool area was very nice and drinks and food can be ordered while relaxing or you can go to the bar! Stepping off the elevator and having the doors open to the gorgeous ocean view as you walk through the cave is always amazing! Truly an experience! All staff is friendly and helpful! The shuttles that take you back and forth to the town of Taormina are a great feature and many options of times! Just make sure to reserve early AM your spots! "

"The hotel was great overall. The customer service was good. Our only complaint is that our room smelled like strong cigarettes. It was as if someone was smoking while cleaning. Towels, tissue paper, and pillow cases all as if we were breathing in ashtray. Aside from that, the view was great and the pool nice (minus an adult man that kept spitting in the pool!) The staff was fabulous. The breakfast was amazing and dinner very good. It was nice to get up and away from the tiny Italian streets."
"Loved the property. But gaining entrance was problematic. The front gate/entryway is pedestrian only which we did not know beforehand. And that's where Google maps dumps you. You need to go to the parking lot (parcheggio) down the road from the main entrance and be buzzed in to the lot by the front desk. But no one tells you that. And the sign for the lot is small. So beware."
