The Cala di Seta Residence is located in the idyllic coastal town of Cussorgia, a hamlet of the charming fishing village of Calasetta, in the far southwest of Sardinia. Situated on the historic Sant’Antioco peninsula, the complex offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere, far from mass tourism. In just a few minutes, you can reach the lively center of Calasetta, which, with its characteristic white houses, harbor, and cozy restaurants, invites you to take pleasant strolls.
The renovated three-room apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children (up to 10 years old). It features one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. In the dining area, the sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space for two children (up to 10 years old) or one adult. The well-equipped kitchenette is integrated into the living area and includes a stove, pots, dishes, cutlery, a microwave, an oven, a moka pot for coffee, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is also a satellite TV. The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, and toilet. The apartment features a private, fenced-in terrace furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying pleasant moments outdoors. Directly adjacent is the private garden, which has its own barbecue. Charcoal grills are permitted here, providing the perfect setting for relaxing evenings surrounded by nature.

BEACH
The residence offers its guests access to a small private beach, located directly adjacent to the complex. For those who prefer a wider sandy shoreline, the beautiful Cussorgia Beach is located just about 700 meters away. This beach is particularly popular for its shallow, calm waters and relaxing atmosphere.
IDEAL FOR FAMILIES
Thanks to its quiet location and proximity to shallow, sandy beaches, the residence is particularly well-suited for families. The complex features a playground where young guests can play safely. In Calasetta, there are also additional playgrounds and numerous ice cream shops, which have always been a big hit with children.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
For sports enthusiasts, the residence offers a private tennis court and a large soccer field, ideal for a game with friends or family surrounded by greenery. The region around Calasetta is a true paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. In addition to water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, and sailing, the flat landscape of the island of Sant’Antioco is perfect for long bike rides and refreshing walks. From the nearby port of Calasetta, you can also set out on boat trips to the neighboring island of San Pietro (Carloforte). There is also a restaurant and pizzeria in the immediate vicinity, within easy walking distance. Even more culinary variety awaits you in the charming village of Calasetta, where you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, pizzerias, and bars. The region’s traditional seafood dishes are highly recommended.

Two small pets (up to a maximum of 15 kg) are allowed, but must be declared at the time of booking.
USEFUL INFORMATION
The apartments are equipped with key boxes; the corresponding code will be sent to you via email once payment is complete. Access to the residence is secured by an automatic remote-controlled gate. The remote control for the gate is located inside the apartment, on the kitchen table.

Cagliari Elmas International Airport (CAG) and the Sardinian capital are approximately 90 km away and can be reached in about 85 minutes by car via an expressway.
