We had harbour view room which was not directed right to the harbour but just more on the side and on the front was closed large supermarket with large carpark - not the nicest view but OK. Big disappointment was with breakfast- not a big choice of food but must honestly say all was fresh and good quality however for a longer stay could be very boring to eat small selection of the same things. Really nice terrace with pool - that was best thing. Close distance to main roads and restaurants "

"Hotel Piccada was lovely! Our check-in went smoothly and the staff was welcoming. Our room was well organized to fit three people and the location was excellent. There were restaurants and little street shops everywhere. There was also a supermarket nearby. We would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Palau looking for a quieter area to stay. "

"Very good hotel, really enjoyed our stay here. Booking in was professional and efficient. Pool area and gardens were lovely to sit out in. Room was high standard, we had a small issue with the electricity going off, but the staff sorted this. My only gripe is that although I appreciate two free bottles of water a day, for a hotel doing that to every room is so much wastage. Install a filtered water machine in the corridor, everyone has a bottle these days. So much wastage and would make the hotel more eco friendly. "
