"Staff were kind. The hotel seems old."

"The beds are comfortable. Room is big enough for a party of three people. Shower is good. Staff are helpful and polite."

"Poor sanitation, smelly room like urine, very poor service. Blanket is a flimsy bedsheet, towels are beach towels...wirh big yellow stripes. Nobody listened to my concerns. I checked out instead even though i knew I wouldn't get a refund for my second night. Microtel by Wyndham in San Fernando is the best. I stayed there for 4 days and highly recommended. "

"Nice big room. Great breakfast"

"This was our third visit and staff as usual maintained their great service. Hotel was walking distance to the mall with a variety of things to eat, get done and do. We will be staying there again on our next visit in Papanga."
