As always, it was a very pleasant stay at Les Secrets des Loges, We had a very comfortable room with a delicious and plentiful breakfast. We particularly appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade yogurt, and the fresh tasting breads and pastries, not to mention that Nathalie and Laurent are excellent hosts.

Friendly folks who did everything possible to make our stay pleasant! We opted to have dinner at the B&B, and it was delicious, as was the included breakfast. The owners have cats and they also have a pet-friendly policy - I am a bit allergic to cats, but it was not an issue and we did not even mention it. In short, our stay was great and we would stay again if returning to Calais!

The hosts, Nhatalie and Laurent, are such thoughtful and creative people, and their home reflects it. My room was quite comfortable and more thoughtfully appointed than any room I recall staying in. It’s obvious they love being good hosts. The breakfast was so good with homemade yoghurt, delicious local honey, preserves, and cheese.

Characterful family run hotel

Extremely welcoming and helpful owners, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The decor was amazing and very interesting for those who enjoy history and old antiquities. The breakfast was delicious, all fresh and a great variety for all tastes, with a choice of times to eat. It was a very comfortable night and we'd definitely recommend this pet friendly hotel.

Fabulous people who looked after us and were so friendly. The best hosts! We ate at the hotel on one evening and the food was really lovely and we were accommodated short notice with no problem. The rooms are really interesting and love the themes for the different rooms the location is excellent. Will definitely return

Perfect for visiting the Town of Calais

Glad we found this small hotel. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the rooms quirky, but clean and well fitted out. The location is perfect for exploring the town and surrounding area

I had a great overnight stay at Les Secrets des Loges in Calais on my way from France to England. Everything was great and they had a convenient secure garage to store my motorcycle and the owners recommended a great seafood restaurant close to the waterfront.

Absolutely delightful.Warm welcome,lovely room with everything you could need- good shower,large comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and reasonable walk to lots of restaurants.( Actually wish we’d realised to book evening meal there).
