Really, a resort for 30 people, all to our selves with parking on Clearwater Beach during Spring Break.Well, the whole group was not impressed, they were overwhelmed!What a beautiful facility and host.All the rooms were clean to a level 10. "This vacation spot is perfect for what we needed. The condo has great views, all of the amenities that you could need, and perfect location for walking to stores and restaurants. The beach location is not overly crowded. Kathy is also very responsive and friendly! We would highly recommend renting this listing. "
