"Had a great stay at Hyde. I was a bit nervous beforehand as saw some of the reviews weren’t great, but we had a lovely time. Didn’t experience the sewage smell as per other reviews. Definitely some teething issues as to be expected with it being so newly refurbished (we had a leak in our bathroom for example), but the staff were so helpful and friendly and got it sorted right away, with maintenance available 24/7. I’d originally booked 4 nights but extended for an extra night on a separate booking, expecting to have two different rooms during the stay. The front of house were so accommodating and without even asking, managed to get us in the same room for the whole trip, even though the separate night I had booked was a lower standard of room. It seemed like this took a lot of juggling around to make happen so we were very appreciative. The pool areas were lovely, one that was much quieter, the other two with a good vibe and music / DJ. You can reserve one of the nicer day beds free of charge which we did for a couple of days. You’re also able to use the facilities at the Mondrian (gym etc.) which is a gorgeous hotel. Had a couples massage from Barbara and Laura which was fantastic, in a beautiful setting. Would definitely stay again!"

"This hotel was incredible. It’s the perfect hotel if you’re looking for chilled nice vibes throughout the day, but it’s also a short walk away from some of the biggest clubs in Ibiza. Amazing selection of restaurants and bars and the staff were so friendly. The spa was also amazing if you are wanting to relax and use the facilities. One bit of feedback I’d give is that it should have an adults only pool - the other pools were very busy so we struggled to get loungers sometimes. Also, the VIP upgrade wristband wasn’t worth the money. We also asked for some more water to be sent to the room and were told that we would be charged for it which seemed unreasonable. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again. It was only 10 mins from the airport so it meant you could maximise your time and with it being a short walk from Ushuaia it was really handy for us as we had an event on Friday."
