"Martina and Alessandro were wonderful hosts. friendly helpful and full of information about the surrounding area. The rooms were beautifully designed in keeping with the age of the building with lovely little details. Breakfast was fresh every day with plenty of local produce. I will definitely be recommending my friends to them and I will be back next year."

"The property is exceptional and the gardens are truly wonderful. Slight issue in travelling to the property, which took over 5 hours on public transport. As a tourist, it was impossible to provide an accurate arrival time which i estimated going on the distance that i needed to travel. Check out is at 10.30am and having been told twice, a little to keen on actually getting rid of guests. I did vacate the room at 10.30 and was stood outside smoking a cigarette and texting my sister when i was...

"Little gem and steal for the money 100 yards from beautiful and almost private beach. stayed 2 nights, was very surprised of property location.Nice and warm swimming pool with bubble corner. sadly kitchen didnt work due to Covid 19 but the owner lady still made us coffee and some sweet treats every morning.Property is in very good location , very close to some of the best beaches of Vilassimus. Room we had was big, comfy bed, nice linens and even beach towels. "

"sehr freundliche Aufnahme durch den Gastgeber, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Über den normalen Service hinaus wurde auch Rat gegeben, wenn Fragen waren zu eventuellen Ausflugszielen. "Heel erg mooie villa. Pas gerenoveerd met prachtige moderne details. Mooie tuin met een zwembad. Zeer vriendelijk personeel dat meerdere talen zeer goed spreekt. Locatie was perfect. Ontbijt was erg goed. Ons zoontje vond het vooral prachtig dat je alles in de kamer met de tablet bedient. Aanrader! "

"Hidden costs for cleaning which was extremely disappointing (be prepared to cough up extra €60 for that). Extra charges for the towels (€10 er set per person) which are not included in the price. Never experienced anything like that. For the 6 days of stay apartment wasn't cleaned even once and you have to take care of your rubbish!!! No sofa in the room you can only seat at the wonky chair or lay down on your bed. Wi-fi was almost non existing. Only in communal areas and that wasn't working...
