"We stayed in this property as a family of five, children aged 10-12. The house is very large which is great as everyone has their own space. The pool was brilliant for our children and it was cleaned during our stay. The house is about a ten min walk to a number of really nice coves for sea swimming and snorkling. We were able to walk to a couple of bars and restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this property."

"Not as close to amenities/beach as we’d thought. Approx 10-15 min walk to beach On outskirts of can picafort made it much windier than by beach. But villa lovely & big with pool and table tennis. "This was simply the best holiday we've ever had! The villa is spectacular; nice amount of space, stunning views and good sized pool for a young family. The villa was clean when we arrived. We had some issues with the water and air conditioning, but these were fixed by the management company very quickly. The contractors were very respectful. The pool was cleaned during our stay. The villa was very well equipped. We even met the owner who was very pleasant and gave our children a pair of scooters...

We completely understood him leaving the keys in a safe and was fine for us to call when we finally arrived. "Payment arrangements unnecessarily complicated with difficult system to use as non-Spanish speaker and non-Spanish bank account holder. Some debit / credit cards did not work... Pool was freezing cold (April sea temp was warmer), despite paying to have it heated. We complained to the agent but no follow up Action taken nor refund of payment offered. Very poor. Although this is a beautifully styled property we would not return."
