"This was my FIFTH stay at the Eurotel Punta Rotja since 2008. I have seen once again some of the wonderful staff members who were there sixteen years ago, but all are most courteous and welcoming with a sincere "Buenos dias!" or "Buenos Noches!" The carpets in the rooms have been replaced with Pergo laminate hardwood flooring, and it's beautiful. The hotel location is magnificent and is far away from the tourist traps of Cala Millor, but still close enough to reach the worthwhile places there,...

"Loved Balinese beds. Pool was a bit cold for May. Housekeeper was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Had fresh cooked omelette every day. Also had lunch which was really nice. Lacked some chill out music by the pool which would have enhanced the experience."

"I had communicated directly with the hotel to upgrade and was quoted a price which I accepted and was told should be paid on check in. On arrival there was no upgrade I showed my emails to the receptionist Jose and was dismissed and found him rude.
