"This was a wonderful stay at Vito's apartment. The check-in process was smooth with Vito there to guide us through the property, and they were kind enough to leave us some Italian biscuits as a gift! "The apartment is near the port of Cala Gonone and is perfect to get to all of the local beaches, shops and restaurants. Lovely and spacious apartment with very useful bits and pieces like the umbrella which we used on beach days, Tupperware which we used for pack ups, a cool box with cool packs and shopping bags. A supermarket across the road and round the corner makes self catering so easy, however when out and about we found the larger supermarket in Dorgali useful. Our favourite beach was...

"We liked the proximity of the appartement to the sea, to the center and to the supermarket. On the other side, the appartement is very poor equipped. The kitchen has minimum tools to cook, with nothing for cleaning ( dish liquid, sponge, towels), no dish washer… there is no AC in The flat, no fan ( mobile fan was provided by the owner during our stay) the second room is not a proper room, it is more like a corridor to the balcony, équiped with dual beds… very difficult for people to sleep...

"Attilio is the best host I have ever met. He was so kind and helped us with everything we needed. The house was in a great location, spacious with many terraces and sea views. There is everything you need - very well equipped 2 kitchens, spacious 4 bedrooms, nice barbecue. We were a family of 6 adults and had plenty of space. Just a few minutes walk from beaches, restaurants, shops. We really enjoyed our vacation."

"The location is great and the flat is brand new with a wonderful terrace. Close to the shops and the city center. To get to the beaches you need a car, but in buboni you have large parking just off the beaches. Make the weekly/ monthly subcription to the policy station . It saves you money and time. "Villa was perfect for us (family of 5, 3 teenage boys). Good facilities and 15 mins walk from beach/shops. Giorgio is a fantastic host, very welcoming and really helped us have a great holiday. It's a nice resort with shops and restaurants."

My only minor comment would be that although it is really near the sea - about 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk - the description of a few steps is a bit optimistic! The highlight of the area for us was the fantastic Berchida beach"
