"Booked this hotel last min as there was an issue with my original hotel. Found this to be an amazing price for the facilities & location but was skeptical bc the price was so much lower than surrounding hotels. Upon arrival I was impressed with how open the lobby was, it was very welcoming. The staff were so lovely & checked us in promptly. The room I admit was a bit outdated in terms of decor but it had everything you needed. I loved the many different large mirrors and the long table included. We got the street view on the 1st floor but it still had a nice view since it was slightly elevated (took many nice photos on this balcony). The booking also allowed free breakfast which we attended the first 2 days however on the 2nd day we were confronted by the maître de and were spoken to really rudely because we “weren’t sitting at the right table”. However we entered the breakfast area and there was no one at the front door so we had no idea there was assigned seating. This is our fault but no one informed us of this (both front desk and manager of the breakfast area). After that happened we never attended breakfast again which was disappointing. Another huge disappointment was the lack of phone reception and hotel wifi we got from our room. We weren’t the furthest room away yet we couldn’t get access to the internet. Howevereverything else was lovely, location was walkable to the eateries and lots of parking out front. Overall I loved my stay here, would definitely book again. "

"This hotel is now one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, happy to help you, and make you feel welcome. We are from Canada and unfortunately don’t speak Spanish other than a few words but the staff were not offended and were happy to help us in English. We ordered the half board which gave us breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is amazing. Such a huge spread of food on a buffet with a few options available on menu. We ate a huge breakfast which powered us through out the day as we explored the island and returned back for a wonderful dinner. The dinner menu changes each day and they display it at breakfast so you can choose if you want to eat there or prefer to try something different. If you’re interested in eating at different restaurants for dinner I would suggest only getting the breakfast. However, the dinner is great if you just want to eat back at the hotel. The dinner has a salad and dessert buffet and you have a choice of 4 items from the 1st course and then a choice of 4 items on the 2nd course. The portions are on the smaller size which is perfect for us because we kept breakfast as the larger meal of the day. There is free parking which worked out great for us as we rented a car to explore the island. The hotel was quite and that made it easy to sleep at night. By the pool there is a bar that serves lunch, drinks, and snacks throughout the day. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the pool and bar area"

"If you are looking for a town then its 15 min walk or 5 min and 5euros in a raxi but food in hotel is at all times and very good"

"What a beautiful hotel, and so convenient for everything within the Cala D’or area. All the staff are so incredibly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet was literally incredible every morning. I stayed for supper one evening too and it did not disappoint. Even the pool cafe has great food and drink. 10/10"

"This hotel is worth every Penny £325 for eight nights B/B for two in April 24. This hotel is in a beautiful location the views over the bay are amazing , it may be dated but the place is clean in every area the staff are helpful and polite. From a previous experience with All inclusive we feel B/B is the best option, would definitely use this hotel again."
