"It was a nice hotel but the WiFi did not hardly work and even the front desk could not get a connection. There was a hot tub in the spa but you have to make reservations to use it ahead of time which is not mentioned in the ad. The breakfast buffet was great and the ocean view is spectacular from the room and rooftop restaurant. "

"The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the apartment named Carla, which was very well decorated and very comfy. No expense was spared with little details, such as a basket full of bathroom essentials (should you forget anything), and the cleaner checked in with us every day to see if we needed the apartment to be cleaned. I would highly recommend Dei Serafini and their properties to anyone wishing to stay in the centre of the old part of Polignano a Maré. "

"Okay this is a wedding venue if you don’t like music…don’t book here otherwise it is an exceptional property. Beautiful and lovely staff. Convenient parking, delicious and generous breakfast. Clean and fabulous room with lovely balcony…we want our kids weddings here one day. Gorgeous grounds…we felt very lucky to find the room there as there are only 8 rooms at any given time. We will be back and we will let everyone of our friends and family know about this gem in south of Italy. "

For a fabulous experience.
"A wonderful stay in this beautiful spot. It is very quaint and unique. Mariella and her son Flavio were friendly, attentive, and took great care of us. Flavio speaks perfect English and it was very nice talking to him. The breakfast was served to us on the terrace. It was spectacular with all very fresh and local ingredients. Mariella made a special breakfast of all gluten-free items which was so appreciated. This one of a kind hotel is only a few minutes outside of the beautiful town of Polignano del Mare. The very large yard has plenty of parking. When we return to Puglia we will definitely stay here again Thank you for the delightful stay. "
