"Nice to have the private and quiet space before heading back to Palma. Place is walking distance from the beach and close to some restaurants. We were there just before tourism season began so many of the shops and restaurants were closed. However, it was kind of a blessing to have the peace and privacy. Pool area was super clean and accommodating with chairs, tables and games. We spent most of the time hanging around out back."

"We spent relaxing holiday in the house at the beginning of July. We arrived in the night, unlocking the gate and entering the garden with all lights on was a perfect welcome. "The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."

"We were 9 people, 6 adults and 3 children - the villa was spacious, clean, very comfortable (good beds), air con etc. A great space in fact with great balconys. The kitchen however very small but this didn't really bother us as it meant not everyone could be in the kitchen getting in the way and we made great use of the BBQ every day! "Can Perdiu is a beautiful finca in an idyllic setting, perfectly located near the town of Santanyi. The photos online show exactly what you are getting. A beautifully decorated home with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, large living area, fully stocked kitchen, tons of chillout areas, a large lap pool with many chairs and umbrellas and even a fruit orchard! Der Wohnraum unten mit zwei Terrassen sind super für das Zusammenleben, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. "Die Kommunikation mit Sybille und Göran war wirklich super! Sie sind sehr reaktionsschnell und stellen einen richtig guten Gäste-Guide mit vielen Tipps zur Verfügung.
