Fantastic sea view villa with large (heated) pool, sauna and Jacuzzi

"Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Benissa avec toute notre famille, avec nos 5 enfants. Ce sont de très beaux souvenirs que nous garderons longtemps. La Villa Las Brisas est un endroit magnifique, parfaitement adapté à un séjour en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre, le calme, la piscine et les moments passés tous ensemble.Benissa et ses alentours sont également magnifiques, avec de superbes paysages, de belles plages et beaucoup de choses à découvrir.Un grand merci pour votre accueil et pour nous avoir permis de profiter pleinement de ces vacances. Toute la famille a adoré le séjour ! Nous recommandons sans hésitation la Villa Las Brisas et espérons avoir l’occasion d’y revenir un jour.Ahmed"

"La vivienda se corresponde con las fotos y está situada en un entorno idílico, con vistas espectaculares y acceso directo a una cala perfecta para hacer snorkel. La bajada puede resultar complicada para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida.Está muy bien equipada, con piscina, barbacoa, paellero, pista de tenis en muy buen estado, televisores, buen menaje y electrodomésticos adecuados. También dispone de una suite con baño y una nevera adicional muy práctica para grupos grandes en una zona similar a una cocina, aunque sin fogón ni equipamiento para cocinar.Destacamos especialmente que sea pet friendly. La finca comparte algunas zonas con otra vivienda y puede ser necesario limitar el acceso de los perros a determinadas áreas, como el mirador, por seguridad.El único punto mejorable es que el salón y el comedor todavía no tienen aire acondicionado. Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos una ola de calor e hizo bastante calor en las zonas comunes, aunque Ágatha confirmó que está previsto instalarlo.La vivienda está en una zona apartada y es necesario utilizar el coche, aunque Calpe queda a unos cinco minutos. Ágatha estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y fue encantadora y muy servicial. Le damos cinco estrellas por la experiencia general, el entorno, el equipamiento y la posibilidad de alojarnos con nuestras mascotas.Deseando volver."

"Très belle villa, adaptée aux familles et avec plusieurs espaces de vie très bien aménagés tant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur avec des éléments haut de gamme. La piscine est parfaite pour les amateurs de natation sans aucun vis à vis. L’emplacement est également idéal, à quelques minutes des villes les plus proches (Dénia, Moraira) et à courte distance d’Alicante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"This villa was better than I expected. We had a group of 17 people (including children) and there was so much space for us all. It also accomodated eating together in the evenings. The garden and separate pool area were wonderful. The beautiful little beach was just a 3 minute walk down the road & there were 3/4 restaurants near by to choose from. We had a fantastic week at this villa and highly recommend it!"

"Easy check in upon arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was a solo traveller and booked bed and breakfast. Room was clean and tidy, I like a cold room and was pleased I could make it very cool. Used the sheet on the first night and the duvet after that which was in the wardrobe with spare pillows but I had plenty on my huge bed. Breakfast very good and varied, even for myself as a vegetarian. Loads of fresh fruit, cooked items, cold meats and cheese, juices and coffees. I spent a couple of days by the pool which was quiet and welcoming. The hotel is a stones throw from the harbour and easy walk to the town. I really enjoyed my solo stay here and would highly recommend. The views of the Ifach are amazing, that’s why I picked this hotel."

"The views and the pool at this beautiful villa really are spectacular. David was extremely responsive with any questions we had and check in was so smooth and seamless. Absolutely recommended this wonderful Villa. We would suggest possibly having torches in the property just in case you want to walk to and from the local restaurant as the road is very dark with no lighting. But that aside we had a fantastic time and will hopefully be returning soon. Thank you David. "
