"The most relaxing 6 weeks in this wonderful Villa, everything was perfect. The Host responded quickly with any queries we had on our arrival. Location perfect Moraira is a lovely relaxing small friendly town with a number of restaurants to try then can return to the Villa which is situated in a quiet residential area. Car is essential Excellent selection of supermarkets in the are. Will definitely be returning next year"

"Great base and pool all to ourselves.only thing I would say is you need a car as the hill up is very steep. Local restaurants good and a short stroll downhill into moraira. Just a killer climbing the hill back and now there is a metal gate blocking the entrance so you have to walk even further up and round. But owners are going to sort a key for that gate when they next go out there. Everything was home from home in the bungalow. Nice quiet area. Would recommend"

"Beautiful views. Good privacy for different guests as it is spread over 2 floors. ( We hadn't realised however that there is no internal staircase, so a consideration for families) Plenty of space inside and out and the pool was lovely ,though I found the top step a little steep for getting in, as there no rail .It was a lovely temperature with plenty of sunbeds around it so again, you don't feel on top of each other. Plus there is provision for sun and shade lovers alike. Many children's pool toys etc and beach chairs if required. Parking is a little tricky, though fine, as there is a narrow gateway and cars have to park one behind the other. The Mercadona supermarket was excellent. To be honest, we hardly left the grounds as it was all so enticing. The bathroom facilities are very modern and excellent. The kitchen equipment provided is extensive and everything is good quality. Communication with the owner is very detailed and responsive, and Martine, the housekeeper was helpful and friendly. The ceiling fan in the living room was out of action but we rarely spent time inside and there was a free standing fan. The bedroom fans worked well as did the mosquito grills. We made a lot of use of the gas plancha for cooking and the main kitchen upstairs had everything needed. We didn't use the TVs as there didn't seem to be any English channels available but WiFi worked fine for all the devices we had. Hot water was plentiful. We would happily stay there again if in the area."

"Was a really nice stay. I will say I was dissatisfied that the gas bbq didn’t work nor did the pool lights! But everything else was pleasant."

"Positives: Great area View Nice Outdoor area Pool. Negatives: No pack containing information. Contacts etc: Poor welcome from property host. Late arriving. Sped round the villa whilst smoking a cigarette and told us all the things we could not do. Told if we broke the patio door it would cost 500 euros to repair. Shared toilet in main villa did not flush Numerous plug sockets did not work. a/c controller for one bedroom not working. Both rooms had to share. 1 electronic fob for main gates did not work. Inadvertently left both sets of keys for the lower apartment in in the apartment on first day. Texted twice for help and then phoned. No answer. Messaged owner. Phoned again. Host finally turned up and said he did not have a spare set of keys and he would have to get a locksmith. I said that I did not believe that he did not have a master or pass key. He left and said he would call to say what was happening. No call. Finally came with a key around 21:30. Said he had to drive to Valencia for keys. When he arrived for check out he said he would check the property. No feedback or opportunity to discuss or highlight problems. He left the property without speaking to us again. Our overall impression was one of disappointment."
