"We were so lucky to find this hotel! My husband and I decided to stay in Ibiza another night and found Axel Hotel on hotels.com, booked it and headed over within the hour. We knew we were arriving early and were worried we couldnt check in. The front desk receptionist was SO helpful. I’m a type of diabetic. I had to change my insulin pump and refrigerate my insulin. She explained how they could secure our bags in a temperature controlled room but alternately they had a room available now but it wouldn’t have as good a view than if we just waited for our room to be cleaned. As someone with a disability, I REALLY appreciated having options and personality preferred to take the worse room just to have my medical supplies under my care, The initial guest experience at Axel Hotel set the tone for a great stay! The location was amazing, the hotel was clean, the staff were always so friendly. Will definitely stay again whem we come back! "

"We had a great stay at Ryan’s Lola’s in June 2025! The Gentleman who originates from Stockholm who worked in the breakfast dining area was so helpful and welcoming. Great service. Also the bald guy who works on the bar in the boxpark by the pool, was super helpful and kind. Great service again. Room was funky and clean! Sorry we dont Remember names but do want to say thank you to the fab staff :)"

"We stayed here as a group of 6 couples for an Ibiza getaway, and it was great value for money. The location near Bossa Beach was perfect—close enough to the action but peaceful when we wanted to chill. The space comfortably accommodated all of us, making it an ideal base for both fun and relaxation. Would definitely return! "
