"Breakfast was amazing with free water while dinner you had to buy water which was strange Indoor pool we didn't realise until we went to use that children aren’t allowed to use which was a shame as that was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, they should have a n hour slot a day where they can use it and kids club closed for two of the 4 days we were there which was another shame"

"Clear signs of damp in the property, musty smell in the wardrobe in the second bedroom. The directions given had us waiting at the wrong end of the street for the host who was 300m away, it wasn't until she sent us a photo of the property that we realised your error.The actual apartment number and the block number on the booking would have given us a clue where we should have been."
