Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Location was great and very safe (next to police station). Has active and busy (noisy) neighbourhood but not disturbingly noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.
Chegamos de madrugada, por volta de 4 horas da manhã. O portão já estava trancado então ficamos um tempo esperando até que abriram. Um rapaz atendeu a gente, ele não conseguia achar minha reserva que já estava paga, então ele me perguntou qual moeda iríamos pagar. Demorou muito cerca 30 min que ficamos esperando ele “procurar” nossa reserva. Na manhã do dia seguinte quando deu 8 horas da manhã solicitamos o café da manhã. Ficamos até 10 horas esperando e nada. Saímos e fomos tomar café da manhã na rua mesmo. O vaso não estava funcionando a descarga. O quarto é grande e amplo. Falta um pouco de limpeza. A pia do banheiro estava solta, e a água quente do chuveiro acabava do nada. A rua do hotel é uma rua muito movimentada e as buzinas começam logo cedo o que te impede de dormir. Mas no geral não tivemos nenhum problema que não pudesse ser resolvido.
